Dentsu Brings Together Eastern and Western Criatives

Almost two years into his term as Brazilian Dentsu’s Creative VP, Mário D’Andrea has been invited to join the agency’s global creative board. Even though many Western agency networks have a global creative board – and the top creative executive in Brazil sits in it – , Dentsu has just recently created one.

In fact, Dentsu is taking another major step in its international expansion by introducing this board. Bringing creative executives together is part of the integration process already under way in the agency’s business operations. In Brazil, the Dentsu Aegis group controls Dentsu, AgeIsobar and digital agencies Lov, AgênciaClickIsobar and iProspect.

By becoming closer with Japanese creatives, D’Andrea expects to bring cases involving technology and creativity to Brazil. In fact, he believes that Western countries lag a few years behind Eastern countries as far as using new technologies as creative business solutions is concerned.
